A Summer Celebration: Alexis & Mike’s Lake Geneva Wedding
In the heart of Wisconsin’s picturesque Lake Geneva area with vibrant energy of a summer’s day, Alexis and Mike tied the knot!!
The Day
The day began with anticipation as the bride Alexis and her bridesmaids gathered at LG Beauty Collective. A boutique salon featuring a glam space with window light, room for getting ready, mimosas, and morning fun. Just a few short hours later, everyone gathered at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church. This historic landmark steeped in tradition and elegance was the perfect backdrop for their heartfelt ceremony.
Following their church ceremony, the newlyweds and their wedding party made their way to downtown Lake Geneva. A quick stop at Champs Sports Bar for drinks & fun while guests made their way to Hawk’s View Golf Club. With rolling green hills and panoramic views, the venue provided the perfect setting for an evening of festivities. As the sun set, Alexis and Mike took a few quiet moments away together for a walk. Hawks view boasts paved walkways, a covered bridge, and trails which are ideal for golden hour photos.
From heartfelt toasts to energetic dancing, the night was filled with memorable moments that reflected the spirit of the couple and the love they share.
Planning & Organizing
I loved this wedding and I love lake Geneva. WHY? Because It’s the beautiful variety available for weddings. There’s a classy, traditional, upscale feel to the entire area. Downtown to the lake side resorts & white boat club docks…. it’s just beautiful everywhere! Truly a wonderful location for a summer celebration. I have to give so much credit to Alexis & Mike too because they were so organized. They are an absolute joy to work with! Equally, their friends & families are lovely and this made our job so fun.
