Rachel & Aaron’s Spring wedding at Olin Park in Madison, WI
Ben and I had the pleasure of working with Rachel & Aaron at their spring wedding at the Olin Park Pavilion. If you’ve never been to Olin Park, it’s a beauty! Nestled on the shores of Lake Monona, it has one of the best views of the Capitol Building / downtown skylines…. this, along with its rolling hills, lush woods, flowering trees and grand oaks, makes it a coveted wedding location. When Rachel contacted us about photographing her wedding, we knew it would be beautiful! We love photographing at new venues, and we’ve only ever done portrait sessions at Olin Park, so to be able to photograph an entire wedding event there got us pretty excited. Rachel & Aaron chose a “spring picnic” theme for their day… the white bright pavilion, colorful florals, and simple rustic touches brought it all together. Along with their outgoing wedding party & family, we had a blast! There was laughing, joking, and a whole bunch of smiling going on non-stop all day. Joy was in the air.
