Beth + Brian | Chippewa Retreat Resort Wedding | Manitowish Waters, Wisconsin
I’m a bit behind with my event blogging and this week is dedicated to catching up before our pre wedding season vacation to Orcas Island! I’m excited to share this beautiful Northwoods winter wedding at Chippewa Retreat Resort! I met Beth & Brian down in the Milwaukee area when they were planning their Chippewa Retreat Resort Wedding. They found me online and wanted to meet up! I love getting the chance to meet prospective clients in person, and within just a few minutes of meeting them, I knew I wanted to work with them on their wedding day.
Beth & Brian love the Northwoods, the rustic charm, the woods, lakes, etc… especially in winter! They are the most dedicated snowmobile enthusiasts I’ve probably ever met. I happen to love winter too and I knew we would have a great time!
Well wouldn’t you know it… their February wedding weekend fell right during an unseasonable warm spell… nearly 55 degrees! We were all a bit shocked, as this is very odd for Northern Wisconsin. They didn’t let the warm weather throw them one bit.
Surrounded by their close family, friends, and their beloved dogs, Beth & Brian tied the knot in front of a cozy fire place at Chippewa Retreat Resort. The party continued with an open bar, appetizers, treats and a beautiful sunset over the lake! We skipped outside for a few sunset photos… one must always take advantage of a beautiful sunset 🙂 We joined the guests back in the dining room for a spectacular dinner, heartfelt toasts, and more libations…. and then DANCING! And boy did they dance…. really, hardly a person left in their seats! It was a great party and you could just tell that people were really have a great time.
