Beth & Erin | Minocqua, Wisconsin Wedding Ceremony | Norwood Pines Wedding Reception
Ben and I had the pleasure of working with Beth & Erin for their Minocqua area wedding. Beth & Erin came all the way back to Northern Wisconsin from Alaska… back to the area that Beth has loved since she was a child. Beth spent her childhood summers between her family’s lake cottage and her other favorite place, Red Pine Camp. Since these places are so meaningful, I knew we had to take as many photos as possible at both locations. Their special first look took place at the point looking over Clear Lake! So many great memories there… and now another amazing memory to add to it.
Red Pine Camp will soon be having its 80th anniversary, so this camp has some great history and classic camp ambiance. We look advantage of a lot of what the camp has to offer… photos along the rustic trails, cabins, an antique canoe, and more. After exploring Red Pine, we made our way back to Beth’s family cottage for their wedding ceremony. With their close friend officiating, friends & family witnessed their heart felt exchange of vows.
Guests made their way to the Norwood Pines Supper Club grounds for hors d’oeuvres and refreshments before entering the historic supper club for dinner. Friends and family toasted the couple with speeches full of love & memories, and a group of 14 former campers sang a traditional camp song in honor of Beth & Erin’s newly established marriage….a tradition for every camp wedding that takes place. Such a sweet and beloved tradition. Guests returned to the white tent for homemade pie & ice cream, and dancing to the live sounds of Bluegrass Band, Them Coulee Boys. Congratulations Beth & Erin! We wish you all the best!
